Discriminatory Sentencing of Pregnant Women Defies Understanding

Kylee Sunderlin of National Advocates for Pregnant Women (NAPW) joined me this week to talk about "enhanced sentencing" for a woman convicted of committing a crime while pregnant. This is in direct violation of the defendant's civil rights. NAPW is on the case, and filed an amicus brief in this woman's defense.
